Ons samenwerkingsverband beschouwt het als maatschappelijke opdracht kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd binnen de regio van het samenwerkingsverband in een veilige en gezonde omgeving, zo thuisnabij mogelijk, ondersteuning te bieden.<\/p>\n

Ons samenwerkingsverband ondersteunt scholen en besturen bij het realiseren van goed onderwijs en passende ondersteuning als bijdrage aan een succesvolle schoolloopbaan en optimale ontplooiing. Thuisnabij betekent bij voorkeur op de school in de wijk\/ het dorp in de Liemers.<\/p>\n

In de scholen is aandacht voor de handelingsbekwaamheid van onderwijsprofessionals met voldoende expertise en middelen.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Deze opdracht is een gezamenlijk opdracht van besturen, scholen, gemeenten en jeugdhulporganisaties. Bij het realiseren van passend onderwijs staat samenwerking van alle betrokken organisaties voorop, bij voorkeur ook op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Op grond van deze maatschappelijke opdracht is de gezamenlijke missie:<\/p>\n

Anneke Cohen Rodrigues-prijs
(ACR-prijs)<\/h2>\n

Anneke Cohen Rodrigues kreeg in april 2009 bij haar afscheid als voorzitter van de Stichting Onderwijs Op Maat De Liemers de eerste naar haar genoemde prijs uitgereikt. Ze kreeg deze prijs voor haar jarenlange inzet voor kinderen in de Liemers met extra ondersteuningsbehoeften.<\/p>\n

In 2022 is de ACR-prijs nieuw leven ingeblazen en wordt jaarlijks toegekend aan een persoon, een groep personen, netwerk of organisatie die actief en vernieuwend bijdraagt aan onderwijs voor kinderen met extra ondersteuningsbehoeften en inclusief onderwijs in de Liemers.<\/p>\n

Iedereen die binnen Samenwerkingsverband de Liemers PO werkzaam is of nauw betrokken, wordt van harte uitgenodigd jaarlijks tussen mei en medio september kandidaten voor te dragen.
De uitreiking van de ACR-prijs vindt in het najaar plaats.<\/p>\n
